Citrus Painting Co. respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same from those who use this site. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Reporting alleged infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it (e.g., the URL).
  4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the Designated Agent including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the district where we are located) and will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Repeat infringers

Consistent with § 512(i), we will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
